Most real problems don’t show up cleanly. Intermittent signals can come from all over the place: new equipment added on the edge of the line, overloaded power supplies, wiring issues, or workarounds put in years ago just to keep production moving. Without visibility, teams end up swapping components and rewriting logic while missing the real problem. With access to power‑ and channel‑level diagnostics, that voltage drop would have been obvious right away. The difference is hours of troubleshooting versus minutes.

Relays run until they fail, and when they do, the usual fix is to remap wiring and logic to an unused relay to get production running again.
