Introduction to RSLogix™ 500 Lite

Course Description:
This 1-day hands-on workshop is designed as a “crash course” to help students familiar with PLCs get comfortable with the SLC500 and MicroLogix controllers using RSLogix500 programming software. The workshop will help get students learn these very popular PLC families but doesn’t take the time to learn all of the features and benefits of the RSLogi500 software nor does it have as much time practicing the writing of ladder logic.

Prerequisites:
A working knowledge of computers and the Windows® operating system.

Who Should Attend:
Maintenance or Engineering personnel who need to quickly understand the SLC500/Micrologix controller products using RSLogix500 programming software. This course serves as a good pre-requisite for the more advanced Rockwell Automation training courses.
