These fittings have an “InspectoRidge” feature that is formed outside the coupling or connector. This feature allows an electrical inspector to immediately determine if these fittings are raintight by simply observing the ridge.

New Power Supplies from SOLA |
|
Sola is producing two new power supply models. The SDN4-24-100LP and SDP4-24-100LT.
These new models will form and fit equivalent to the prior models (SDN4-24-100P and SDP4-24-100T). The only functional difference will be that per a new UL directive, the current is limited to 3.8A output and the devices will be UL 1310 listed.
Because of this change by UL, manufacturers have been offered the choice of listing their devices to UL 1310, removing the Class 2 marking, or dropping the UL listing, and it was requested that this change be implemented immediately.
Sola believes that having the same part numbers without the Class 2 marks lead to confusion
in the field, so they are retiring the SDN4-24-100P and SDP4-24-100T part numbers.
Sola/Heavy Duty and Kendall Electric are committed to minimizing any inconvenience this
